Will be required to do repetitive lifting throughout the shift including moving and lifting equipment.Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned the by Supervisor. Will be responsible for a minimum of 2 buildings plus work orders: Knowledge of operating a propane buffer, super stripper, low speed, electric buffer carpet extractor, and automatic scrubber a PLUS but not required. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Operates various types of equipment and machinery, which include wet vacuums, hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, etc. Sweeping floors, top scrubbing and buffing of floors KAIVAC experience a HUGE PLUS! Must be comfortable running different machines to clean the campus. Candidates with NO prior Floor Care experience will not be considered. This is not an entry level position. #IND123
