**You will be given a company vehicle to drive to and from work. You do not need to live in Berkeley Springs, WV, but it is preferred that you live in the surrounding areas where we have customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ENTRY-LEVEL PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
As a Pest Control Technician, you are the face of our company and your primary focus is to exceed customer expectations! You arrive at each client's home or business on time and ready for action. You feel good about using effective methods and environmentally sensitive products. Whether performing regular maintenance or tackling challenging issues, you are someone who is driven to do the job well even when no one is looking.
Your calm, helpful demeanor puts clients at ease as you assess any problems and devise a personalized solution. You don’t mind taking the extra 10 minutes to thoroughly explain everything you’re going to do and how it addresses the specific problems your customer is facing. You take pride in your work and keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times. You enjoy interacting with people out in your community every day and get great satisfaction out of helping them safely keep their homes pest-free!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass drug and background checks
Above-and-beyond customer service skills
Physical ability to complete tasks associated with the job (you're not carrying boulders, but it is a physical job)
Comfortable working in a variety of temperature conditions and in attics and crawl spaces

We also offer paid overtime, fully paid training (that’s right! you don’t have to be licensed!), and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees after a minimum of 90 days employment. We want you to succeed which is why we offer to pay for all trainings if you are hungry for success. WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position works 40 hours a week year-round. The typical schedule would be Monday- Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM, with the potential for overtime during our busy season.
