Our client in Western Springs, IL, is seeking an experienced and reliable full-time housekeeper to manage and maintain their 7,500-square-foot home. The ideal candidate is friendly, discreet, punctual, and has a strong work ethic. This position requires someone who is highly organized and flexible, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle a range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the 7,500 sf home
Laundry and ironing
Organizing and tidying spaces
Driving children to activities (ages 13 and 15)
Provide care for the family dog
Collaborate with the part-time chef to ensure smooth household operations
Qualifications:
5 years of housekeeping experience in a large home is preferred
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
Comfortable driving children to activities and running errands as needed
Pet-friendly and capable of caring for a dog
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent verifiable references
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required)
Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
