You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. Responsibilities
- Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed
- Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
- Respond to incoming calls concerning policy and insurance coverage concerns, as well as customer complaints and general questions
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 year COE
