Job Type: Full & Part-Time Positions Available
Pay rate: $15 - $22/hour based on performance, experience, with gratuity & bonus opportunities.
Schedule: Flexibility Monday through Sunday between 9am-9pm.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting Customized Experiences: Take pride in providing exceptional customer service, guiding and assisting customers in the creation of their unique custom scent.
- Driving Daily Sales Success: Champion daily sales targets, contributing to both individual and team goals, ensuring our commitment to excellence translates into tangible results.
- Mastering the Art of Our Custom Scent Experience: Dive into the intricacies of our custom scent experience , becoming an expert who effortlessly navigates the process.
- Unleashing WOW Moments: Elevate customer experiences by consistently creating memorable WOW moments, leaving an indelible mark on every interaction.
- Dynamic Event Collaboration: Actively engage in communicating and forming partnerships with local businesses and individuals, both in-house and off-site, ensuring our presence is felt far beyond our storefront.
CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Service industry experience
- Must work well in both team and individual environments
- Must have the ability to multi- task
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented while remaining customer focused
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must have proven success in sales and/or customer service
- Must have excellent listening skills
- Must be presentable with a friendly and outgoing personality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant service industry or hospitality experience or customer service experience.
- Must have high school diploma
- Must be able to work during the hours of 9am to 9pm
- Must be available to work night, weekends and some holidays
