What You'll Do
- Accurately process all car deals on a daily basis.
- Review and verify the accuracy of incentives, rebates, commissions, and sales tax within deals.
- Extract warranties and GAP policies for processing, including handling cancellations.
- Process trade-in payoffs promptly, including reconciling any payoff discrepancies.
- Handle all steps required for rollbacks efficiently and accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and dealership operations.
- Must have experience with deal compliance, deal posting, and general ledger (GL) work.
- Strong schedule review, GL posting, and reconciliation experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with warranty cancellations and remittances is a big plus.
- Previous experience working at a dealership preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be comfortable with computers and software.
