Internet Sales Manager

As an Internet Sales Manager, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Hyundai of Irving. The Internet Sales Manager has the opportunity to lead a sales team and create an exceptional experience for every guest. This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Internet Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance.

Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great opportunity for an energetic and proactive person to catapult your career with us!

What You’ll Do

• Interact daily with customers, sales associates, store managers, the financial services team and other support staff
• You have a track record of developing new salespeople into top performers
• Inspire your team with varied experience to reach their individual and team-based goals
• Think strategically to fully utilize CRM system and maximize every lead and walk in opportunity
• Enjoy calling on prospective customers using all communication channels-phone, email and text
• Use creativity to increase market share, achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Proven track record with automotive retail sales
• Motivating team player attitude
• Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
• Strong organization, closing ability, and follow-up skills
