Subaru Trade Up Advantage Representative

Rockwall, TX | Onsite | Full Time | $17/hour-$19/hour Bonus

As a Subaru VIP Salesperson, you support the dealership by providing service drive customers with information about the Subaru Trade Up Advantage Program. You’re responsible for enhancing the customer's experience using your communication skills to identify needs and offer trade in solutions to our service department guests. A Subaru VIP Salesperson’s purpose is to upgrade service drive customers out of their current/retail agreement and shorten the trade cycle with the intention of increasing retention and loyalty.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Enhance retailer guest experience by supporting both sales and fixed ops.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to enhance the guest experience while servicing the dealership.
• Manage Trade Up Board – organizing the next day’s incoming service appointments by type of vehicle and value range.
• Manage data mining tool (Trade Up Advantage) located in Subaru Care Connect Platform
• Appraise vehicles in for service with a 10-per-day goal.
• Prepare and manage folders with offers for drop-off customers and print offers for next-day appointments.
• Manage and confirm next-day service appointments.
• Generate custom lists of positive/healthy negative equity customers and contact them via email, phone, and/or direct mail.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
