Barista Role:
A Barista is a professional who prepares beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. At Cellar's Market, Baristas also support beer and wine sales. Key responsibilities include taking customer orders, preparing beverages, filling orders, and processing payments. Additionally, Baristas are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing their work areas, including coffee tools and equipment, to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Baristas also assist customers in selecting merchandise, greeting and interacting with them, and helping monitor the store to prevent loss. They ensure products are displayed and organized in a way that allows customers to locate items easily.
Server Role:
The Server position is dynamic and requires managing a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include accurately taking customer orders, delivering food and drinks promptly, and working closely with Baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Servers must be dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing attentive, personalized service. This involves having the intuition to understand customer preferences and offering tailored recommendations from the food, coffee, beer, and wine menus.
Requirements for Both Roles:
