We have an exciting position in our Children's Residential Program for a Behavior Intervention Specialist. The BIS is responsible for providing psychological services to individuals and support, training and consultation to staff.

Requirements for the position include master’s degree in Psychology; experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities; a valid New York State driver’s license; must be able to lift at least fifty pounds.

The Center offers all full-time employees a dynamic health benefits package with eligibility after 90 days of employment. The retirement plan or 403b is available to all employees after 30 days of employment. Tuition assistance is also available after 1 year of employment.

Our compensation package also includes newly enhanced salaries, a $1,000 sign on bonus paid during your first year of employment, and generous paid time off that you begin accruing immediately upon hire. All training provided through our agency is paid training.
