What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant position at The Center for Therapeutic Interventions?
Provide reception and administrative duties in a fast-paced behavioral health clinic front office. This includes being a liaison between patients and other agency personnel. This Individual will provide a welcoming environment, answer multi-line phone system, check-in clients, fax, file and update patient information and records within an electronic health record. Must have computer skills and working knowledge of word, excel, Adobe, and Outlook. Proficient understanding of medical insurance and verification of patient coverage and benefits. This job requires a unique skill set and the individual must be a quick leaner, adaptable to a changing environment, able to multi-task and communicate orally and in writing effectively.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

- Peer Recovery Support Specialist (Preferred)
