We're looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Technology Manager to join our TT business and lead a team of engineers and chemists in achieving operational excellence and sustainability. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of approximately 13 exempt employees, providing technical guidance and support in day-to-day manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration, with a strong understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing technologies.
