Customer Service Coordinator
Description: A national hospitality firm with a headquarters in downtown Chicago is looking for a confident and highly organized Customer Service Coordinator. Responsibilities include maintaining a high-volume of email responses, assisting with customer inquiries, and having a working understanding of special company programs, including rates and promotional items. This candidate would be the liaison between the operations team, clients, consumers, and guests. Ideal candidates would be strong communicators with the ability to champion client needs, a self-starter, and a team player!
MUST have experience with high volume email responses (50 per day).
Details:
- Salary is up to 55k 10% bonus
- Hours: Standard 9AM - 5PM

Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of relevant online customer service experience
- 50 email responses per day
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and a CRM system
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience using Zendesk is a bonus!
- Must be located in the Chicagoland area!
- Ability to work 2 hours over the weekend (flexible) then two hours off during the week
