Store Manager
Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching and counseling, disciplining employees and, communicating job expectations.
Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing The Chickery standards.
Creates a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff member engage guests to understand their needs and, exceed expectations.
Follows all cash management policies and, ensures the team follows proper cash management practices.
Communicates and works with the home office to ensure proper human resource policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
Communicates and works with the home office to ensure proper fiscal responsibilities are followed including but not limited to purchasing, asset control, cash receipts and payroll.
