Mental Health Worker


  • Maintain a caseload of 12 in child welfare program (preventive services) utilizing Solution Based Casework (SBC) Model. 
  • Conduct weekly community based visits (home, school etc) to assess and monitor risk/safety issues to ensure children's well being and safety.
  • Refer families for services and monitor engagement and progress.
  • Collaborate with ACS and service providers.
  • Adhere to ACS best case practices and mandates. 
  • Additional duties as assigned.
