No cold calling, all visits are scheduled with the customers expecting you.

Listen, we are in need of people that want a future. A life of choosing how much money they make and want to grow with us. We need people to show up, do what we teach you, have some natural sales ability, and sell our services and repairs. You will be climbing on roofs, in attics, and on ladders so you obviously cannot be afraid of heights. You must be able to lift 50 pounds with ease.

Your day would look like this...

Start the day at home with a provided truck/van that we allow you to have for work purposes only. You will then go out to 2-4 clients and inspect, then sell the repairs. You will not have to do any of the repairs because they will be done by our installers. You will need to be able to read a tape measure, use simple tools and do ipad entries for the inspections and repairs estimates. During the day or possibly in the evening, you will make some follow up calls to answer customers questions. That's pretty much the gig! $80k is quite possible in the first year. We've already had sales guys surpass that income range.

This is not a hyped job advertisement. If you want it and can do what we say, how we say it, and have the sales "it" then this job is a slam dunk for you!

NOTICE

-This position is not for you unless you truly enjoy the process of helping customers.

-We only sell what people actually need or ask for.

-Are willing to become an expert in your field.

-As the company grows we will offer more services which will provide more opportunities to increase your sales but you will have to continually learn and cannot be a one trick pony.

-You’ll need to be willing to learn a lot in the first few months. It won’t be easy but will provide you with a massive amount of knowledge in our industry.
