- provide customer service to associates
- serve as a point of contact for recruiters and business partners
- assist with visitors, clients, and vendors as requested
- schedule interviews and arrange meetings
- assist with new hire onboarding
- process verification of employment requests
- ensure background and reference checks are completed
- perform I-9 and E-Verify verifications
- process associate referrals
- arrange travel and lodging for selected applicants as required
- organize, sort, and distribute mail
- answer the main Human Resources phone line
- implement process improvement for current procedures
- perform other duties as assigned by HR manager
Be equipped with:
- professional and pleasant demeanor
- the ability to manage sensitive and confidential material and can multi-task in a complex, fast-paced and changing business environment
- the ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
- a working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must be organized, accurate and thorough
- an aptitude for process improvement
- the ability to review your own work for quality and accuracy
- high school diploma or GED
- two to three years of experience in a similar corporate office role is preferred
