Are you with us?Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Night Auditor (with FLSD certification) in a brand of lifestyle hotel, at an iconic location in Downtown NYC. The hotel is part of the award-winning German-based Motel One group. Join our team and seize this unique opportunity!Your responsibilitiesThe focus of this role is on the professional care of our hotel guests. Building a relationship with our guests is one of the key factors to making their stay an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will also include the following:Conduct check-ins and check-outs and assist guests as they arrive and depart.Provide quality customer services with a smile to all hotel guests.Share local concierge knowledge with guests as needed.Assume responsibility of the hotel and operations during the night shiftTake ownership and accountability for the hotel and its guests, ensuring their satisfaction.Conduct day-end closing reports, postings and nightly closing processes.Gain insights into new tasks by working together with other departments.QualificationsWhat you should bringYou are reliable, enjoy hosting and have a passion for the hotel industry.You are eager to develop your career and work well in diverse, multicultural teams.You are open, welcoming, and possess excellent communication skills.You maintain a neat outer appearance, positive charisma, and good manners at all times.You exhibit a high level of quality awareness and a strong focus on providing exceptional service.FLSD Certification is required.
