Responsibilities

  • Expertise in East Colorado Springs and Falcon: Possess comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate markets in East Colorado Springs and Falcon, particularly in zip codes 80923, 80922, 80927, 80925, and 80831.
  • Adopt Advanced Technologies: Utilize our state-of-the-art PLACE lead generation systems to stay at the forefront of the industry and enhance community engagement.
  • Lead Open Houses: Bi-monthly, orchestrate open houses that provide a unique platform for interaction and engagement with prospective buyers.
  • Enhance Client Relationships: Use your skills in prospecting and lead generation to forge substantial connections and schedule meaningful appointments.
  • Continuous Skill Development: Participate in weekly script practice sessions that combine fun with professional growth.
  • Participate in Team Activities: Engage fully in team events to celebrate successes, learn from setbacks, and foster both personal and professional growth.
  • Personalized Coaching Sessions: Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, participate in training sessions, and attend the Partner Call to continuously advance your expertise.
  • Client Consultation and Conversion: Work closely with buyers to understand their needs, finalize agreements, and assist them in the pursuit of their ideal home.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Craft and negotiate offers that fulfill the homeownership dreams of your clients, focusing on both the emotional and transactional aspects of the deal.
  • Utilize PLACE Technology: Efficiently manage your activities and maintain strong client relationships with the help of advanced organizational tools.

Qualifications

  • Collaborative and works well in a team environment
  • Holds a Colorado real estate license or is currently pursuing one
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Committed to continuous learning and development
  • Highly organized
  • Open to mastering new scripts and dialogues
  • Proficient in managing time effectively
  • Prior real estate experience is advantageous but not required (training available for new agents)
  • Possesses a dependable vehicle
