What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Audit position at The Common Man?
We are in search of a full time Front Desk Night Auditor, at The Common Man Inn & Spa, Plymouth NH, applicant must be able to work 11pm-7am shift, weekends and holiday availability. Customer service and cash handling experience is required. Applicant must be able to communicate with guests' and other staff members. Maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges. Applicant must be able to work well under pressure. Job Duties include but not limited to: Check in & out patrons, operating a switchboard and answering any questions patrons may have, making reservations, replying to emails, and auditing the previous days work.

Qualifications

- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
- Previous night audit experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
- Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and roll the date.
- Complete shifts checklist.
- Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
