The PC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSN’s mission, principles and goals. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. PC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.

Minimum Requirements: One of the following requirements must be met: a) Bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology, education, or a related field b) High school diploma/GED with two years of progressively responsible experience in the field of human services including supervising the work of others. Exceptions may be made based on combination of education and experience. All applicants must possess at minimum a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Must be willing to learn and physically capable of implementing crisis intervention techniques. The employee must have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certification to include but not limited to: CSN agency training, Medication Aide Certification, Standard First Aid & CPR Certification; physical intervention techniques certification, and other trainings or certifications as required. The employee must possess good verbal and written communication skills including spelling and grammar.

Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends and Holidays


Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a human service or a related field and four years supervisory experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs.
