Requirements:
• 3 years group coaching experience
• Skilled in strength training, TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements
• Experience programming full classes, including warm-ups and cooldowns
• Confident coaching movement and giving real-time feedback
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable leading groups
• Background in sports or athletic performance preferred
