Job Summary
The Concours Club is seeking a Lifestyle Concierge who focuses on flawless service to support the vision of The Concours Club, including a genuine interest, care, and a willing attitude to help guests by going above and beyond to create exceptional memories of The Concours Club.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Actively listen and respond to members'/guests' questions, concerns, and requests to resolve issues in a personalized manner, build trust to create "Members for Life"
- Welcome guests professionally and demonstrate warm, confident, and genuine first impressions as per TCC service standards
- Assist members and their guests on-site with complaints, complications, or problems in a helpful manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Engage members in conversation regarding their stay, club services, and area attractions/offerings
- Meet members' needs in the clubhouse, pitlane, and restaurant
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, purchases) by planning or identifying appropriate providers
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards and superb guest service
- Cooperate, assist, and communicate effectively with other team members to provide prompt service to the guest
- Have strong knowledge of club software operating systems
- Must verify and adjust billing daily before the guest leaves the club
- Have the ability to aid retail space when needed
- Must have the ability to shift into serving or bartending role
- Input and update member information into software operating systems
- Display strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Have the ability to ask key questions to better guide each member's dining experience
- Accurately input food and beverage orders in point of sale system and ensure items are delivered in a timely manner
- Perform opening/closing clubhouse duties according to The Concours Club standards procedures
- Report anything out of the ordinary to supervisor(s)
- Light cleaning and resetting locker rooms and laundry will be required
Skills & Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience in a service role in the hospitality industry
- At least 1 year of experience in an upscale or luxury setting
- Restaurant service or bartending experience preferred
- Bilingual speakers preferred
- Passion for automobiles/motorsports
- Strong ability to multitask and time management
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability to verbally communicate in a professional and effective manner
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality of relevant field is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be proficient with technological systems
Work Environment
This job is usually performed indoors and outdoors, in a controlled environment, and experiences a high level of noise in the work environment. This job has intermittent levels of high stress.
Physical Demands
The candidate must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, and carry 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: The Lifestyle Concierge is expected to work an alternating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
