Position: Program Manager 2
Program: January Center
Location: Uncasville
Salary: $65,000-70,000/year
Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours; 1st shift; Monday-Friday
(with night and weekend availability as needed to meet the needs of the program)
Program Summary:
January Center is a residential treatment program providing case management and therapeutic services for adult males with problem sexual behaviors who are preparing to leave the criminal justice system so they can learn how to manage their problem behaviors.
Position Summary:
The Program Manager 2 for the January Center is responsible for the oversight of daily programmatic operations including program development, supervision, staff training quality assurance and program evaluation.
Working within Adult Services, the Program Manager 2 within the January Center program works with Community Justice program staff to help to rehabilitate, educate, and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years related experience/supervision or
- Master's Degree with 3 years related experience
- Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position
Orientation:
If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees starting in January will be required to attend a mandatory two (2) day New Hire Orientation that will be held in our Roscommon office in Middletown.
