Description

The Conrad Company, a fast-growing, award-winning family-owned business located in York, PA, is looking for a Customer Service Associate at our PennAir facility. Excellent communication skills are essential to support our customers and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage large amounts of communications from sales team, customers, and suppliers via email, phone, and portals.
• Expedite customer backlog orders with vendors.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Support sales team in reaching sales targets
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer requests, and file documents electronically
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction, timely completion of sales orders and establishing strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Desire to work well in a team setting
• Experience with Acumatica preferred.
  
  

Salary Description

$37,440 - $52,000/annually
