Our services include behavioral health and substance use treatment programs, mobile crisis response teams, case management programs and Supports Coordination for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We have five convenient locations in West and Southwest Philadelphia which are all accessible by public transportation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for ensuring supervision of designated staff following agency policy and procedures related to treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, quality of services, quality improvement, HR, medical records and incident management, etc.
- Ensures services are in compliance with state, county and managed care guidelines and regulations.
- Ensures quality program that utilizes evidence based and/or promising practice as approved by agency
- May assist the director in marketing the program internally and externally.
- Performs routine duties independently following established policies and procedures, reporting routine issues during supervision and/or through reports/ forums for communication.
- Reports urgent items promptly.
- Works with the Program Director in the development of department initiatives and is in collaboration with staff, PIR and relevant administrators.
- Consults with the Program Director and relevant support departments as assigned to ensure the delivery of effective, safe and ethical services and processes is required.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Requires supervision of assigned clinical program staff to ensure that the support services they provide are aligned with the overall goals of the agency.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in appropriate health related field of study as required by standards and regulations. Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner in two years. Familiarity with recovery philosophy and principles, clinical interventions, treatment modalities and evidenced based or promising practice is necessary. Assessments and triage skills required.
