Job Overview
QG Landscape Inc. is a high-volume NYC-based landscape company that specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Estimator to ensure project success by accurately estimating costs, preparing bids, and managing contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site investigations, take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Analyze and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Develop and evaluate planting plans while identifying plant species.
• Prepare accurate proposals, requisitions, and change orders.
• Manage sub-contractor proposals and ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and landscape architects to ensure project alignment.
• Utilize Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and other tools for effective project management.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of construction contracts, drainage, and grading.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in landscape construction and project management.
• Proven track record with NYC or urban residential/high-rise projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver's License (Required). OSHA 30/60 certification (Preferred).
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Construction Management (Preferred).
• Addtional Traits: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and multitasking capability.
