Martinelli Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing operations on new construction and renovation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments and is ready to manage a crew of 2-5 plumbers while overseeing project quality, timelines, and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews (2-5 plumbers) on commercial job sites
• Interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics to plan and coordinate installations
• Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Order, track, and manage materials needed for each job
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success
• Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness
• Ensure code compliance and adherence to safety standards and regulations
• Perform hands-on plumbing tasks as needed to support team productivity
• Monitor project milestones and assist in scheduling inspections
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years of commercial plumbing experience (foreman or lead role preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage jobsite operations
• Extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and local plumbing codes
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
