Job Summary
The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) is responsible for providing direct care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as ambulation, toileting, and transferring
Monitor residents' health and well-being and report any changes to the nurse
Complete documentation and reports as required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Current state certification as an STNA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and transfer residents
