We are seeking a community association assistant property manager to become a part of our growing and industry leading management team overseeing home owner (HOA) & condominium owner (COA) communities within the Cleveland Metro-area.

Our ideal candidate is actually someone who has NOT had prior property management experience, but rather has a great deal of customer service experience, especially in challenging situations, such as in hospitality management for example. The demands of our clients and residents are high, and we aim to be as responsive, accurate, and deliberate as possible to provide exceptional customer service.
- Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an unpaid hour for lunch. However, you will be expected to work some evenings for client board meetings, and respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
- Salary, exempt = $55,000 (non-negotiable)
- Prefer 2-3 years of property management experience, preferably condominium (COA) or homeowner’s (HOA) association.
- Must be able to travel to property locations throughout Cleveland and surrounding metro area, and our corporate office as business needs dictate.
- Must have a dedicated work space to work from home.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the property manager with management responsibilities relating to customer service, physical community upkeep and safety, and financial responsibilities.
- Provide outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and the communities in general.
- Resolve owner issues.
- Assist with budgeting and planning.
- Assist with banking, financial planning and performance.
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist with obtaining proposals and managing vendors.
- Help enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.
- The majority of this work is completed through e-mail and phone calls. Occasionally there are needs to go on-site to a community.
