As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with inventory counts.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for sales processing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Stay informed about menu items and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and sales calculations.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus but can be learned on the job.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
