- Shift: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
- Work Schedule: 3 days a week, rotating weekend; Holidays

- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and document client behaviors with precision and accuracy.
- Plan and lead therapeutic recreation for groups.
- Collaborate with clinical staff on special projects.
- Conduct individual and group activities.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients and the treatment team.
- Obtain and document vital signs and patient information.
- Maintain a compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
- Observe, document, and report patient behavior to the appropriate clinician.
- Monitor patient activities and behaviors, promptly reporting any changes to the assigned nurse.
- Provide crisis intervention and employ supportive communication techniques.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in a healthcare, business, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences highly desirable.
- CDCA certification preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to various audiences.
- Knowledge of DSM IV diagnoses.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to perform various tasks, including sitting, walking, balancing, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
