JOB SUMMARY:
The Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the hybrid Microsoft stack, including O365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Purview Defender, etc. This is a technical position and will be hands-on.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Manage, support, and provide technical expertise for all Office 365 applications including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID, PowerBI, Power Automate, Security and Compliance, etc.
2. Manage Intune and Autopilot to provide consistent and seamless endpoint deployments.
3. Perform daily activities within the Active Directory/Entra ID and O365 tenant including managing user accounts, shared mailboxes, AD, compliance, and configuration.
4. Provide technical support to end users.
5. Analyze and monitor for outages, trends, and global issues with Microsoft stack applications and systems.
6. Collaborate closely with helpdesk support, security, infrastructure, and other IT personnel to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

8. Assist in the design and implementation of monitoring, configuration management and reporting solutions.
9. Identify, evaluate, and recommend new products, technologies, roadmaps, strategies, and future trends in client-facing Windows hardware & software, as well as potential areas for process improvement.
10. Ensure that solutions, processes, and business knowledge are documented and communicated to other members of the technology team to mitigate single point of contact risk.
11. Have the vision and dedication to entertain innovative technologies, implement, train, and support these innovative technologies that will increase efficiency and security.
12. Regulatory Compliance:
• Adherence to all laws & regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience is strongly preferred.
• Preferred Microsoft Azure/M365 Certifications
Skills:
• Experience administering Entra ID, O365, Endpoint Manager/Intune/Autopilot, Enterprise Mobility Security, Purview.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint to support implementation and administration.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerBI, Teams, Forms, etc.
• Proficiency with desktop/software deployment and patching.
• Proficiency in using/administering Windows 10/11 and Microsoft O365 application suite.
• Proficiency with core Cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Prefer previous experience with the following technology solutions or other like solutions: SSO (Okta/Authenticator), End Point Management (Manage Engine, CrowdStrike), Cloud Technologies (Azure), VMware, Networking (Meraki, Cisco Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls), Backup Solutions (Veeam, Rubrik, Zerto), AV (CrowdStrike), Microsoft Dynamics, and other similar technologies.
• Strong end-user-facing skills.
• Excellent communication skills from the executive level to hands-on resources are critical to success.
• Mobile Device Management of iOS/Android devices.
• Proficiency with core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Knowledge of Cloud and virtual computing environments Azure, VMWare, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic delivery of responsibilities.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of IT related experience across multiple domains.
• Minimum of 3 years of M365 Administration experience.
• M365 Certifications preferred.
