If you're seeking real opportunities and a vibrant community to grow your real estate career, this is the role for you.Compensation:$133,500Responsibilities:Work daily with high-intent buyer leads, including Zillow and online inquiriesMake outbound calls and follow up with assigned leads to set buyer consultationsConduct buyer consultations to understand goals, timeline, and buying criteriaEducate buyers on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano CountySchedule and conduct property showings and attend open houses as neededGuide buyers through the full purchase process from first contact to closingWrite and negotiate competitive offers in collaboration with leadership and lendersCoordinate with listing agents, escrow, lenders, and transaction coordinationFollow team systems, scripts, and follow-up processes to deliver a strong client experienceQualifications:Active California real estate license or in the process of obtaining oneStrong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients dailyCoachable, competitive, and motivated to work a structured systemAbility to follow up consistently and manage multiple active buyersComfortable working assigned leads and making outbound callsWillingness to learn buyer consultations, negotiations, and contractsExperience with buyer representation preferred, but not requiredMust live in Contra Costa or Solano County and be familiar with the local marketAbility to collaborate with leadership, lenders, and operations teamsAbout CompanyThe Davis Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in California, built to help Listing Agents operate at a higher level through leverage, systems, and support.
