DEPARTMENT: Spa
REPORTS TO: Spa Manager
Summary
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and personable individual to join our spa team as a Spa Concierge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, supporting the front desk operations, and ensuring that the back of the spa is clean and presentable.
Essential Functions
- Greet guests upon arrival using 5-Star language.
- Support the Front Desk by escorting guests to Spa locker rooms.
- Provide guests with information about Spa services and products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms, relaxation room, treatment rooms, and the back of house area of the Spa.
- Ensure that all Spa supplies are fully stocked and readily available for therapists and estheticians.
- Follow all Spa policies and procedures.
- Participate in Spa staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Perform any other required duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience working in a spa or within the hospitality industry preferred.
