Client Services Associate
Wealth Management Company is expanding. Perfect next role for those who want to advance career by becoming more involved in the wealth management/financial planning process or considering to be a paraplanner. Primary function as operations assistant to financial planner including, but not limited to, analyzing financial statements, account servicing and support, opening new accounts, and managing current client requests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, In Person (not remote work)
Willing to Report Monday to Friday
Pay: From $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Description
- Part time / Full Time / In office
- Collaborate with our clients and our team members to provide a superb and positive experience when implementing client requests and financial plans.
- Facilitate accurate and timely account set up, due diligence, research, portfolio analytics and administration.
- Support business operational procedures and compliance requirements.
- Assist with internal servicing of accounts; working with multiple staff members to maintain, complete, and update records.
- Schedule meetings between clients and advisors and contact clients with information regarding their accounts or investments.
- Assist with operational marketing and administrative support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information.
- Skilled at communications, conducting research, analyzing statistics and writing reports. They are likely to need well-honed skills with information technology, especially financial planning and client software.
- Understand legal and compliance issues related to working in the financial services and investment advice field
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics/Mathematics
- Health and Life Insurance, SIE, Series, 7/6 and Series 63/66 Licenses highly desirable; Firm will support your candidacy should you wish to earn said licenses/certifications
- Detail-oriented and able to manage own time, with minimal direction.
- Self-navigating and resourceful.
- Team player with strong follow-through and high execution skills.
- Multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Working experience using Microsoft Office products and business portal systems
- Strong communication skills
