Position: Part Time Clinical Director

Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Clinical Director at The Don’t Look Back Center to serve as the primary facilitator for all clients on the continuum between admission and discharge.
The Clinical Director monitors the progress of the treatment plan and delegates the plan for clinical engagement by the team.
Responsibilities: ● Leading the Clinical Team consisting of Licensed and License Eligible Therapists, Substance Abuse Counselors, Client Services Supervisor, Care Managers and Peer Specialist ● Providing initial screening for potential client admissions, as needed, and carrying a caseload of 5-8 clients. ● Adhering to HIPAA compliance in all communication regarding clients.
Additional duties as directed. Requirements: ● Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a Behavioral Health discipline, with a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience. ● An active, unrestricted, clinical license in the State of Colorado. ● Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Accepted Licensure: ● Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) ● Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) ● Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) ● Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
