What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door Machine Operator position at The Door and Trim Store?
Well established and respected Door store located in Mesa is looking for an experienced door machine operator
Responsibilities:
Unload material from vendors' trucks each morning, do all work necessary on doors with the door machines, general upkeep of the warehouse, inventory count
- Operate fork-lift
-Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure productivity
Skills:
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during equipment operation
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
