Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager and the House Manager, the PM/Overnight Supervisor acts as the “face of the organization,” directly supervising all evening and overnight staff, including Front Desk and Housekeeping. They will also work closely with Maintenance to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
5 days per week, 5:30pm-2:00am, flex schedule to meet business needs, to include a combination of weekdays and weekends

General Duties and Responsibilities
- Works as a Front Desk Agent while co-managing a team of direct reports
- Coordinates housekeeping assignments with staff
- Ensures direct reports follow company procedures and policies while providing professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Ensures proper scheduling and staffing of the facility, including emergency coverage
- Ensures accuracy and security of all guest data
- Responds to guests’ requests, concerns, and issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Promptly identifies and addresses performance challenges of direct reports
- Participates in annual evaluations of direct reports
- Cultivate meaningful professional relationships with direct reports through regular training, support, and performance feedback
Qualifications
- 2 years of direct supervisory experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of combined applicable supervisory, customer service, and data entry experience
