Position Overview

Whether you are just starting your career or looking to advance to a leadership role, we have opportunities for Financial Representatives, Trainers, and Vice Presidents to run offices.
Responsibilities
Field Representative
- Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals.
- Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies.
- Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing.
Field Trainer
- Mentor and develop new representatives.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Branch Manager (VP of Operations)
- Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
- Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers.
- Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community.
Qualifications
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus.
