Provide in-home and community based ABA Services for youth and their families.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA in a Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or approved human service related field and one (1) year of relevant direct experience working with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism
- Or, an Associate's degree and a minimum of two (2) years relevant direct experience with families and youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges and autism
- Or at least three (3) years experience utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis in a therapeutic setting
- Highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills; team player
- Valid MA driver's license, safe driving record and reliable transportation required
