Compensation:$30,000 - $50,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team
- Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
- Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- Previous legal experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
