Responsibilities include working with lead teachers on maintaining and organizing materials, preparing for the week's lessons and activities, facilitating social interactions between students, helping to plan curriculum for the week or the month. Associates would also be given the opportunity to plan and execute their own unit of study at some point during the year. They would participate in conferences and contribute to writing student reports, as well as attend faculty meetings.
