Property Manager with growth potential
Seeking an experienced multifamily property manager with an understanding of project management and financial reporting that enjoys hands-on management, staff oversight, capital and expense planning, working closely with our residents and company staff.
The ideal property manager will enjoy a forward-facing position with vendors, contractors and tenants and will be responsible for routine property inspections, assessing short and long-term capital improvement needs, follow-up as needed, gather bids, and communicate regularly with residents. The position is located near the Bayonne / Jersey City area.
This is an in-office property manager position that additionally requires a field presence. If you enjoy being in the office and in the field working closely as a property manager with residents, contractors and staff and have a solid foundation and understanding of buildings and building systems, this may be a good fit for you.
Other property manager qualifications include corporate reporting, the ability to utilize property management software, MS Office including Excel proficiently, etc. As property manager, you must possess exemplary customer service skills, the ability to assess routine work orders, prioritizing them and following up as needed. Travel is to nearby properties in close proximity to the office. The property manager should have excellent communication and organizational skills on all levels, technical / computer skills, and solid and successful multi-family property manager experience.
