Housekeeper Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the community is always kept clean and sanitized by following the housekeeping guidelines designed for the community.
- Complete all assigned duties that may change according to resident and community needs.
- Report any unusual or unsafe conditions in any resident unit to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Perform other duties that may be set by the corporation or specified by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Housekeeper Educational Requirements:
- None
Qualified Applicants Should:
- Build relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain safe working practices.
- Ability to read, write and understand the English Language.
Other Requirements:
- Must be medically able and willing to wear a NIOSH-approved tight-fitting respirator (N95 mask), if required by and in accordance with federal or state regulations or Spectrum policy.
- The safety of our Residents and Team Members is our top priority. To help accomplish this, all team members must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with our company policy.
- All candidates must successfully complete the pre-employment process as required by Spectrum policy and State regulations, including but not limited to, a criminal background check.
