Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various office tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff members
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department

Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator in the construction industry is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.85 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
