(ECNF) offers Lipiflow Dry Eye Treatment, Low Vision Rehabilitation, Low Vision Rehabilitation,Optos Retinal Imaging, Macular Degeneration, Genetic Testing- Macula Risk Testing , Drop less Cataract Surgery, Refractive procedures along with cosmetic specialties, contact lenses and an optical shop.
Position Summary
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a candidate interested in working in Panama City, FL.
Our rapidly growing multi-location, multispecialty practice is seeking a Cataract surgeon.
Our offices are well equipped with full staff and EHR.

- Strategic Management Partner to help onboard and maximize potential for success.

- Eligible for partnership after 1-2 years for experienced hires and 2-3 years forresidents/fellows.
- Retiring physician’s production of ~$1.3M would be available immediately to transition to incoming doctor
- Upside potential to grow practice given retiring doctor sees 40-50 patients per day
- Net collections for this opportunity includes net drug profits immediately
Responsibilities
Candidate should be Board certified or Board eligible, residency-trained and willing to work with current medical staff to manage an already established significant surgical volume.
