We are best known for helping our clients house hack, but we support a wide range of real estate investing strategies that range from flipping, BRRRR, and Airbnb to traditional homebuyers and listing services.

Responsibilities
- Hold a valid real estate license or be on your way to getting one – let us know if you're in the course of becoming a licensed legend!
- Graduate from PLACE Launch (upon being hired) - a training program that gets you into real estate production quickly!
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
