Description
Essential Functions
- Assist with new product development, business processes, service conversions, and other special projects related to bank operations.
- Monitor system availability and troubleshoot service outages to ensure optimum system availability for customers.
- Communicate system-related changes and critical outages to staff.
- Review, coordinate and monitor implementation of system updates and enhancements.
- Effectively communicate with system vendors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with FNBT’s treasury services.
- Keep management informed about potential new services or innovations that could improve operational efficiencies and enhance the bank’s performance.
- Provide support and guidance to internal and external customers to help promote the overall growth of FNBT’s treasury management initiatives.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Assist with customer and staff training.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
