Northside Lexus Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultant
Northside Lexus is seeking full-time, experienced automotive Sales Consultants for our high-volume dealership. Our Sales Consultants are passionate about providing the drivers of Houston and the surrounding areas with the finest new and pre-owned luxury cars, SUVs and hybrid vehicles ever built. If you have the desire, motivation and penchant for providing unparalleled customer service, this is your opportunity. Our passion is contagious. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate the dedication for exceeding customer expectations
- Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Lexus products and services
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Attend product and sales training courses
- Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
- Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check
- Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
- Automotive experience a plus
